Black Money? Looking for a plan...

An ingress to the bank..nope..it ain't radioactive.
A lot has been said lately about whether the Indian government possesses the wherewithal to bring the disputed amount of Black money that has been stashed away in the Swiss banks. Something has happened in the northern section of the county that  might suffice to the need of the hour. The robbers had seemingly tunnelled their way through scores of feet under the sod to gain an ingress   straight-away  into  the   bank locker.
Now, the 'perpetrators' of this act may have been gained buoyancy at the right time. I suggest we rescind the rewards on their names, and rather elevate them to work for 'greater good'. Now, what would it take to tunnel your way through the Swiss alps and doing the same in the seemingly imperious Swiss bank locker. Tough nut eh?, leave it to the professionals...shall we?. Now, how difficult, or how feasible, this job is?. Well, the job is not as tough as it may look, our protagonists may actually get help form an unexpected sources as well.
CERN has dug tunnels here....hmmm..
CERN, the lot concerned with particle collision have actually hewed through the alps and have already to build up their accelerators. I wonder whether commandeering these tunnels would be out of question. I suggest our folks take the detour through the CERN tunnels and then show their adeptness with some digging of their own. A campaign like this would be sharp and swift. More importantly it would lend a helping hand to get the 1.5 million Rupees which were promised to the average voter(Yep, world's largest democracy had a campaign slogan). So, what do you think? Should this errand be undertaken? My blog will soon feature a poll on this subject. After all, just a eensy-weensy heist to bring about a little progress in the country (as it was being implied for the past few months)...won't probably be that bad. Will it? ;-)
